Frozen Winter Wonderland Party, Part 2

Lucy’s 7th Frozen Birthday Party was so much fun to plan and put together- from the teal, purple, and silver colors to the chevron and polka dot patterns to the snow mountain we created on the table. The kids had a blast and we were able to keep costs low by re-using materials I already had on hand. Check out our complete video tutorial of how to create Elsa’s ice castle snow mountain at your party!

Four different party signs, all with favorite quotes from the movie, were used to decorate the snow mountain table at the party. We sat a small Olaf next to his sign, which asked Do you want to build a snowman? and was later used for a party game. We finish each other’s sandwiches was used as a label for the grilled cheese sandwiches when the kids were having lunch. A kiss to melt a frozen heart was used for one of the party games, and I wanna stuff some chocolates in my face was beside a bowl of chocolate kisses for guests and parents to take on their way home.

I had originally planned on making a 3-tiered display stacking 3 circle mirrors- a small, medium, and large size with 2 small glasses between them. Without gluing them together I was afraid it would fall over, so instead I used the large mirror to serve the cupcakes on. It ended up being a cute frozen pond serving tray.

The banner was a great pop of color that tied in the teal, purple, and silver color theme along with chevron, polka dots, and sparkle. I cut out each piece and used a hole punch and white ribbon to hang the banner up below the party table. After the party, we hung the banner up in Lucy’s room.

The four different kinds of party hats were easy to assemble- we just taped them over generic party hats that I picked up at a local party supply store. Since the hats are already assembled and have the elastic, the Frozen party hats were cut out and taped onto the regular hats.

One of my favorite details about this Frozen Birthday Party was the Sven food labels. All of the food, dessert, and drinks were labeled with these food labels featuring Sven holding a sign between his antlers. Paper tents taped to the back let them stand up around the table.

As guests were getting ready to leave, they were served hot chocolate in disposable white coffee cups and custom paper labels that said hot chocolate to melt a frozen heart. We also filled plastic cone shaped treat bags with popcorn, which were Elsa’s Icicles and had a thanks for coming to my party! tag on them.Disney Frozen Party Ideas via elevencupcakes 11cupcakes.com #frozenparty #frozenbirthday #letitgo #11cupcakes

Hi, Where can I purchase the file for the party hats? I didn’t see them in the Etsy shop.

    Thank you,
    Brittany
