Taste of DC: Dessert Contest

When guests first arrived, they were asked to fill out a card telling everyone what their dessert was and where it came from. Then they cut it into 6-8 servings and left it on display while everyone had dinner. After dinner everyone was encouraged to try multiple kinds of desserts and vote for their favorite. Desserts ranged from cupcakes, pie, cake, gelato, truffles, cake pops, and brownies. The winners received gift cards to popular restaurants around the city.
